Process SME

Experience: 15-25 years

Location: Baroda

"Significant FEED experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, O&G projects with at least 5 projects executed of FEED stage, able to review FEED package in entirety. Should possess basic skills equivalent to Lead Process Engineer. Should possess sound execution knowledge of various process deliverables and interface required with other disciplines. Quick in execution, generating technical queries, optimised Man hours estimation and presentation skill for scope briefing. Should be sharp in communication and co-ordination.Should have good working experience with Process softwares like AspenPlus, Hysys, PROII, FlareNet, KORF, AFT, HTRI etc. Has the overall responsibility for carrying out various Process Engineering activities and for reviewing, monitoring and implementation of quality system procedures specific for the FFED projects.The candidate should be able to work with ambiguity and guide downstream departments to establish basic structure for them in the project
 He will be also the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and account specific process discipline supervisor. He/She will assist the Process Discipline Head in carrying out following functions specific to the account. 
•    Manpower planning, monitoring and control, effective resource allocation and utilization
•    On-boarding new Team Members 
•    Implementation of quality system procedures including timely closure of Non-conformities  
•    Ensure all deliverables are issued as per schedule
•    Participation in Project Review Meetings and Client communications
•    Competency development in line with business objectives
•    Overall engineering activities
•    Training & development functions of the department 
•    Process improvements and value additions (such as Innovation & Competency Building), Process Engineering Software management
•    Identify resources gap and maintain competent & qualified staff"
