Job Title: Aveva E3D Administrator

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aveva E3D Administrator to join our team. As an Aveva E3D Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and optimization of the Aveva E3D engineering design software. This role involves collaborating with engineering teams, ensuring system stability, and implementing best practices to maximize the efficiency of the Aveva E3D platform.


1. System Administration:

· Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and upgrades.

· Configure and optimize Aveva E3D settings to meet project requirements.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Aveva E3D.

2. User Support:

· Provide technical support to engineering teams and end-users.

· Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency and ensure effective utilization of Aveva E3D features.

· Collaborate with users to understand their requirements and implement customizations as needed.

3. Collaboration:

· Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure Aveva E3D aligns with project goals.

· Participate in cross-functional teams to integrate Aveva E3D with other engineering software and systems.

4. Documentation:

· Maintain comprehensive documentation for Aveva E3D configurations, installations, and troubleshooting procedures.

· Create user guides and training materials to assist team members in utilizing Aveva E3D effectively.

5. Performance Monitoring:

· Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

· Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Aveva E3D Administrator or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Aveva E3D software and its functionalities.
  • Familiarity with 3D engineering design and plant design processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Certification in Aveva E3D administration is a plus.
