Electrical Engineer

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

Title / Position: Solidworks Electrical Engineer

Roles / Job Description:

• Must have experience in Solid-works electrical Module + 3D routing skill & 2D schematic drawing from 3D routing in Solid-works electrical module.
• must have work experience with Autocad Electrical 2D schematic, single line diagram.
• Good to have some knowledge on VSD & CWI.
• Experience in creating library in CAD Tool.
• Should be able to work pro-actively on project with minimal input.
• Knowledge switchgear and wire sizing calculation.
• Expertise in cables and wires 3D routing in Solid Work Electrical.
• Knowledge of LV &  MV switchgear, PLC and Automation products.
• Knowledge of design of Electrical Control Panels (PCC, MCC, PLC and VFD panels)
• Exposure to International standards such as IEC, UL, etc.
• Excellent in verbal and written communication in English language.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision..

Skill & Qualifications:

• Undergraduate / bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar discipline
• Oil and Gas Industry experience is preferred
• An understanding of electrical or mechanical design.
• An ability for clear and vivid communication in writing and presentations.
