Test Engineer

"*Bachelor or Masters in Mechatronics/Electrical engineering or a related field.

Responsibility
- Is responsible for test development for new developments and VAVE projects according to the core processes and LN-GLB-SOP-0016_Product development; (Test concept, CTQ & CTS test coverage, Design for Testability, creation of test instructions ""MOP_EA & DHR"" and other accompanying documentation) 
- Responsible for the consolidation of all individual topics for the overall goal achievement of the new development and VAVE projects compared to the roles of ""Project Manager, R&D, QE, OPS"". 
- Responsible for the on-time and configuration-timely delivery of the test system to the user opposite the ""Project Manager"" role. Including measuring instrument selection & ordering.
 - Responsible for the introduction of the test system up to the user according to the core process ""CS_MUN_SOP_000095 - Equipment Qualification"" compared to the role ""Project Manager"".
- Responsible for the creation of test programs for test setups using LabView
- Responsible for the creation of test programs for PCBA tests via Flying Probe (ICT tests)
- Responsible for the external test program creation for PCBA tests via boundary scan (JTAG tests)

Competence:
-    Competence in creating test concepts as committee templates for the roles of ""Project Manager"".
-    Competence as a central contact for all testing topics within Operations.
-    Competence in creating test programs using LabVIEW.
-    Competence in supplier management for external test program creation PCBA tests for JTAG tests.
-    Competence in the creation of PCBA tests for ICT tests.
-    Competence in the creation of Design for Testability feedbacks as development support / design input.
-    Competence in the selection and procurement of needs-based complex measuring instruments and test applications.
-    Competence in test and software validation of complex measuring instruments and test applications.
-    Competence to create the test work instructions (CP_MOP_EA / PL / DHR / CP_MPQP_#; etc.).
Tasks:
- Planning, implementation and preparation of the documentation of the test concept, test and software validations, Test instructions and other accompanying documents for the new development & VAVE projects.
- Reporting on a continuous status of goal achievement, including pointing out conflicting goals and Solution scenarios.
- Supporting the quality management function in industrialization projects for risk and Problem management.
- Initiation of profitability programs, programs, cost-down activities and special measures in the XXXXX cluster.
- Creation and further development of project working methods (standards, methods, tools, processes) in Cooperation with the function ""Strategy, OPS, QE, QA and R&D"".
- Sustaining of the test applications for a start-up phase after project completion according to the project defined handover plan."
