Required skills:
•    Power electronics knowledge, inverter, converter, VFD etc
•    Knowledge of IGBT, SIC FET, GaAn FET etc
•    Knowledge of Hardware in Loop testing
•    Experience with power distribution and conversion type of circuitry and wiring, included experience with battery systems, transformers, inverters, contactors and the likes.
•    High voltage / wattage testing and integration
•    VFD integration, filters etc
•    VFD trouble shooting and debugging     
•    Proficient in electro-mechanical design
•    Work with electrical schematics 
•    Basic understanding of electrical analysis, electrical protection power consumption
•    Experience with wiring, connectors, harnessing
•    Self-directed and highly motivated
•    Possess analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

 Responsibilities
•    Work closely with the equipment, software, electronic hardware, validation/reliability, and manufacturing fields
•    Design and implement electrical/mechanical systems for container refrigeration units
•    Design and implement required experimental facilities: plan and supervise experiments and data acquisition
•    Plan and conduct experiments in the lab and using modeling tools
•    Create, refine and clarify requirements with internal and external customers
•    Strong technical background to interpret engineering concept scope, while time-sensitive to project deadlines.
•    Self-motivated problem solver to system design challenges.
•    5+ years of new product design of components and assemblies for manufacturing with a strong background in the electrical engineering field.
•    Strong communicational skills with proven ability to interact with a cross-functional team of engineering, design, and manufacturing
•    BA/BS in electrical/mechanical engineering with 5-7 years of related experience
•    MA/MS in electrical/mechanical engineering with 3-5 years of related experience
