Experience and Qualifications:
•    At least 5-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in the field of Embedded Software Development.
•    Proven track record in successfully implementing and applying Scrum practices in technical teams.
•    Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is preferred.
2.    Technical Knowledge:
•    Gool understanding of embedded systems development, including real-time operating systems (RTOS), firmware development, and hardware-software integration.
•    Experience with the unique challenges of embedded development, such as limited resources, real-time requirements, and hardware constraints.
3.    Soft Skills:
•    Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•    Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and support a team.
•    Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
4.    Language Proficiency:
•    Fluent in English written and spoken.

Key responsibilities:

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for implementing and promoting agile practices and principles to ensure effective, efficient, and harmonious development of embedded software solutions. 
You will work closely with our developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and maximize the quality of our products.
