Responsibilities of Role: (This is not a work from home psoition)
- Overall site coordinator and connecting link between client and LTTS team.
- Review of PFDs, UFDs, Process P&IDs, Utility P&IDs (Utility Generation and Distribution)
- Preparation of Equipment List, Line List etc.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Participate/coordinate design reviews, Risk Assessments, HAZOPs, vendor bid evaluations, project readiness reviews and approval of detailed design documents.
- Technical bid comparison and finalization including pre-bid queries, furnishing replies to bidders, bid clarification meetings, and preparation of technical bid evaluation reports for process equipment and utility packages.
- Witness performance testing and commissioning activities, field testing for performance of major equipment and systems and provide technical assistance to EL for performance guarantee testing.
- Provide engineering support to project execution team which includes ensuring correct interpretation of engineering drawings at site, troubleshooting engineering related issues at site.
- Monitor project progress, issue periodical progress report, preparation of outstanding punch points, schedule for their completion.
- Conduct project review meetings and circulate minutes.
- Preferred Requirements:
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
- Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal
- a) Bridging communication gap between client and LTTS offshore team by providing required site data and inputs.
- c) Understanding client expectation and project requirement and communicating the same to offshore project manager.
- d) Follow-up with local supplier/ vendor for quotes or services per requirement of offshore project manager.
