CFD Engineer L2

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

•  Knowledge of automotive vehicle structures with hands on experience in CAE
•   Good understanding of basic Engineering fundamentals                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
•  6+ years of experience. Should have experience of ANSA and STAR CCM                                                                                                                                                                                                             
• Responsible for building full vehicle CFD simulation models for thermal simulation in StarCCM+, which includes:
• retrieve and prepare CAD parts for CFD simulation modelling; clean, mesh and separate geometry for proper CFD modelling.
• Gather appropriate modelling parameters for: material properties, porous media, rotating fans and wheels, convective heat transfer boundary conditions, operating conditions                                                                                                                                  
• Run full vehicle simulation models, post-process to make reports using standard format with conclusions and recommendations based on CFD analysis and make presentations in meetings as person in charge (PIC).           
• Good exposure  in Thermal simulation                                                                                                                                         
•  Strong interpersonal & communication skills are highly desirable

Qualification:

• BS Degree or ME in Mechanical
