Create, implement, manage and support testing processes (both manual and automated)
·Follow industry best practices to build and automate QA processes and standards
·Provide process improvement, oversight, and technical guidance to the QA team in the analysis, design, testing, and deployment of all applications
·Engage and consult with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and the Scrum Master to communicate risks and issues; clear impediments that have the potential to impact the delivery schedule
·Actively engage in the review of documentation and critically assess the existing standards and documentation set, fostering continuous improvement
·Gather and present testing metrics and testing activities for the projects to key stakeholders
·Analyze individual employee performance statistics and provide performance feedback and one-on-one coaching to the reports.
