Job Description & Skill Requirement:

BIM-Coordinator
- Review and coordinate designs produced by engineering teams, trade contractors, 
and other third-party vendors to ensure a clash-free, constructible design model
- Work with engineers, trades, and design professionals to develop an integrated model 
delivery approach and lead clash detection reviews with a focus on optimizing the 
construction process and driving quality and value
- Set up and maintain large, federated building models involving 8-10 design and 
engineering disciplines. Projects are cloud-hosted and span across multiple internal 
and external design teams
- Ensure high standards of quality and consistency regarding Revit family modeling, 
model health checks and BIM 360 / ACC Docs maintenance and housekeeping
- Integrate factory layout and manufacturing team’s models with engineering and 
vendor models
- Check accuracy & completeness of the models, physical & operational spatial 
coordination, and timely implementation and resolution of any issues according to an 
aggressive schedule
- Provide both management and design skills in support of a detailed and accurate BIM 
models
- Deliver completed, as-built models to facilities teams to assist with commissioning, 
maintenance, and operation
 Introduce, support, and oversee the implementation of industry leading BIM 
technology
 Responsible for developing and maintaining project BIM standards document.
 Directly responsible for authoring applications’ content management. Develop 
custom parametric content for Revit for various design disciplines. Improvise 
workflows to enhance efficiency.
