Job Description & Skill Requirement

IMSQE Lab Engr

Job functions:

·         Support E2E validation of IMS solution, TAS, I/S-CSCF, BGCF software releases and features.

·         Support IMS core Lab issue diagnoses, troubleshooting and resolution

·         Execute and maintain the validation test plan.

Required knowledge/experience:

·         5+ year of Telecommunication networks and supporting Core products.

·         Excellent knowledge/experience of IMS solution. Mainly TAS, I/S-CSCF and BGCF

·         Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, TCP, UDP, SCTP, HTTP.

·         Knowledge of Containers & Virtualization Network functions, CNF & VNFs.

·         Previous experience of validating IMS E2E call flows.

·         Interfaces: Sh, Cx, H.248, SIGTRAN

·         Protocols: SIP, DIAMETER, HTTP, SS7, MAP

·         Familiarity with UNIX, LINUX, Kubernetes, virtualization, and Cloud Native.

·         Knowledge of protocol analysis, Wireshark, Netscout, tcpdump.

Preferred knowledge/experience:

·         Experience with testing and troubleshooting on the Mavenir IMS TAS, CSCF and BGCF
