Sr Data Analyst

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

 Description
* Cloud-based data (Snowflake, Azure, SSIS) 
* ETL / Data Transformation best practices 
* Data management tools: Alteryx, SQL 
* Business intelligence tools: Tableau 
* HEDIS/Stars experience preferred 
* Experience with health plan data 
* Ability to work creatively and flexibly, both independently and as part of a team Tasks 
* Create and support data management activities between OnPrem and Cloud including automation, scheduling, logging, error handling 
* Ensure traceability and monitoring features support analysis, trending, root cause analysis 
* Support maintenance and creation of Tableau dashboards that support quality measures
