Sr System engineer - Electric Vehicle

Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for system design for electric and hybrid vehicle applications. As part of a team, he/she will also be involved in system integration and validation of high voltage powertrain systems.

Job Description:
•    System architecture design for electric/hybrid vehicle to meet the functional perfromance and safety requiremtns.
•    Integration of the systems element, system validation, and reporting.
•    Work with the electrical hardware, controls, software, and mechanical engineering teams to define and implement optimal and practical systems. 
•    Preparing system DFMEA 

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in power electronics or electrical engineering, with more than 4 years of industry experience with system engineering for electric or hybrid vehicle applications.
•    Experience in powertrain integration, high voltage system integration, and Validation for electric or hybrid vehicles. 
•    Strong experience with power electronics for electric and/or hybrid vehicles
•    Good experience in using CAN tools and analysis and debugging of CAN messaging.
•    Experience with DFMEA and failure analysis.
•    Experience with power electronic inverter, battery management system (BMS), onboard and offboard EV chargers, master ECU.
•    Understanding of hardware/circuit design concept
•    Excellent problem-solving skills. 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
•    Strong team player and good interpersonal skills.
•    Willingness to travel internationally and domestic and support field issues analysis.
