Need:
•    R&D IT is in need of 3P consultation to provide support for the above initiative (i.e., support that is in-addition-to the support we are already receiving from Siemens as primary SI).
•    The 3P support definition:
o    Ideally, the support would be for a singular, senior, ALM Design Control / PLM-TeamCenter implementation expert.
o    This person/service would have robust experience in implementing Medical Device...
•    "Product Design Control" systems....and specifically Siemens Polarion ALM
•    "Product Design/Product Life-cycle Management" systems....and specifically Siemens Tc PLM
•    "Product Quality Management" systems...and specifically Siemens TcQ modules (as part of a Siemens Tc implementation)
•    Blueprinting "as-is" and "to-be" System Architecture/Processes/Data Flow/Digital Thread
o    This person/service would advise IT Leadership on the blueprinting, planning and execution phases of the initiatives described in the above "background"
o    Expectation is that this person/service could provide on-site support (as needed / as required) in both Alcon Fort Worth and Lake Forest sites (50% travel / 50% remote expected)
o    Term:  April 25, 2022 through eoy 2022
o    This particular demand is primarily for "consulting" services vs. hands-on tactical implementation support.   We are looking for someone who has "been there / done that" experience in a leadership role that can assist IT leaders in organizing, directing, scoping, resourcing, and planning the effort and work.
o    Given the proper experience, background, and seniority, it may be possible to support this demand part-time – which may help open up the candidate pool for you.
