Test Manager

JD: 
Job basically involves coordination with development (domain) and testing teams:

A. Domain Coordination:
Gather below info:
 1. Progress on committed
     milestone features 
 2. Quality
 3. Monitor key performance indices
 4. Deviations if any and relevant counter  measures
  5. Follow process for assessment of SW development progress at each phase
  6. Gathering CR information from development leads
  7. Consolidating data pointers above and preparing reports for project review

B. Test Management
Gather below info:
1. Monitoring and Controlling overall test strategy
2. Updation and governance of test process inclusive terminology, target dates, test planned, metrics and reporting
3. Improve synergies – use knowledge exchange between domains and test teams 
4. Highlighting key open defects that needs project attention
5. Risk Management    
6. Consolidating data pointers above and preparing reports for project review

Skills:

Good knowledge in 
• Android and Linux based infotainment system
• Hands on experience in coordinating\managing test validation and domain coordination for infotainment 
• Preparing test summary, feature readiness reports
• Knowledge on Agile methodology, ASPICE compliance, SCRUM Manager
• Excellent German and English language proficiency
• Meticulous approach to track multiple metrics and generating summary report from same
• Pro-active\Self driven approach to recommed and deliver improvements

Engineering Graduate/PG in:
Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Electronics/Degree in Electronic & Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Technology or a comparable qualification Automotive
