Plant Layout: coordination of HVDC & FACTS plant layout design with electrical / high Voltage background ((e.g. for Germany VDE 101, VDE 105; VDE1000-10) • Handling of Full scope of Project from sales handover to site commissioning, coordination of all internal and external stakeholders for layout design • Plant Layout: coordination of plant layout design with deep Powerplant understanding • 3D design in Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Siemens NX • Derive general layout, earthing layout, lightning layout, load plan drawings from 3D model • Design Calculations. o Earthing Design Calculation and Over all Layout. o Lightning Protection Calculation and Layout. o Short circuit force Calculation. o Sag tension Calculation. o Conductor / bus bar sizing Calculation. o Cantilever strength Calculation. • Bill of Materials Preparation (steel structures, clamps, conductors and earthing material)
