VSM Project Engineer

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

•  Manage program scope, timeline, risks. Work with Scaled Agile framework and Waterfall. Create program and project metrics.

•  Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups

•  Conduct VSM workshops and identify NVA to suggest improvement plan

•  Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

•  Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)

•  Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur

•  Help teams implement changes effectively
