MBSE Engineer

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Min. 5 years of electronics design experience with primarily works as the Engineering Lead on a cross-functional team to design and develop innovative
• Development of complex control logic using MATLAB Simulink and Stateflow
• Centralized model data management using Simulink Data Dictionaries
• Parameter and signal scoping, min-max checks, units, and data types
• MIL and SIL test harness creation and integration with Simulink Test Manager
• Use of Simulink Coverage for MCDC, decision, and signal range coverage analysis
• Customization of code generation profiles to meet client-specific code guidelines
• Integration with product firmware using modular wrapper functions
• Jenkins-driven Continuous Integration pipeline for model testing in MATLAB and Tessy
• Our MBSE workflow is designed to follow the V-model while providing flexibility, traceability, and reusability throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Plant modeling and system-level simulation
• Control logic development using Simulink and Stateflow
• Auto-code generation using Embedded Coder
• MIL, SIL, and PIL testing using automated harnesses
• Continuous Integration (CI) with Jenkins for model validation and deployment readiness
• Hardware integration with wrapper functions for seamless code fusion and quick logic modifications of the underlying code
• This process ensures modular, testable, and scalable code generation while aligning with industry safety standards.
