Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Azure DevOps Server Application Expert to oversee the maintenance, development, and optimization of our Azure DevOps Server environment. This role involves managing the hardware and virtualization infrastructure, supporting custom extensions developed in C# .Net and AngularJS, automating processes using PowerShell/Python with REST API integration, and maintaining applications and services developed in C# .Net 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Azure DevOps Server Administration:

    • Maintain and manage the entire Azure DevOps Server environment, including hardware and virtualization infrastructure.
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute upgrades for Azure DevOps Server to ensure the environment remains secure, reliable, and efficient.
    • Perform routine health checks, backups, and disaster recovery planning for the Azure DevOps Server.
  2. Applications, Services, Custom Extension Maintenance:

    • Ensure the smooth operation of applications and Windows services developed in C# .Net, resolving any issues in a timely manner.
    • Manage and maintain custom Azure DevOps Server extensions developed in C# .Net and AngularJS.
    • Configure, deploy, and maintain applications and services hosted on Microsoft IIS.
    • Leverage REST APIs for seamless integration and automation of workflows using PowerShell or Python.
    • Debug, enhance, and optimize existing extensions based on business needs.
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps Server (administration, upgrades, and customization).
  • Proficiency in C# .Net, AngularJS, and REST API integration.
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or Python.
  • Proficiency in GIT and TFS (Team Foundation Server) for version control management.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft IIS (Internet Information Services) configuration and management.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline concepts and tools.

 

Qualification:

  • BE/B Tech or Equivalent
