1. At least 8+ years of experience in Autosar
2. Must have excellent C programming skills & Embedded RTOS concepts
3. Must have sound Autosar experience to suggest and guide the team with technical solutions.
4. Expertise on Multi core micro-controller architecture with MCAL configurations (CAN, PWM, ADC, I/O). Experience in adapting firmware for different microcontrollers.
5. Experience in the areas of Diagnostics stack or Communication Stack or Memory Stack
6. Should have experience in SWC creation, RTE configurations
7. Must have experience in Automotive protocols like CAN or Ethernet or Lin
8. Should have experience in handling the large ECU extract, DBC files.
9. Should have good customer and team interaction skills.
10. Experience in configuration mgmt.., change mgmt. methodologies using Jira, Bit Bucket, Git, Doors & PTC
11. Must have good hands-on experience in Autosar tools – Davinci Configurator, Davinci Developer OR EB Tresos OR Autosar Builder etc..
12. Good to have knowledge in Bootloader integration, Flash Bootloader, E2E, XCP, Cyber security, FOTA and FUSA
