Quality Engineer / Associate

BS in engineering with 3 years experience or 5 years minimum of inspection and quality utilizing PC Demis software and programming CMM’s.

Take leadership of CMM inspection, report generation and inspection of components.

Work with manufacturing, CNC operators, engineers, and machine builders to support inspection criteria to ensure timely completion of projects.

Review customer requirements as to report generation, and inspection routines.

Provide on-site support to manufacturing processes with regard to inspection.

Coordinate with manufacturing and management to ensure a timely completion to support project timelines.

Draft qualification protocols, and manage equipment qualification activities.

A USA citizen or Green Card.

Travel required – 20%

·        A minimum of 3 years experience with PC Demis and CMM measuring equipment

·        Ability to work with design engineers and machine builders

·        Knowledge of GD&T standards and implementation. 

·        Ability and Knowledge to work with Manufacturing Engineers for corrections and as built conditions.

·        Ability to represent the company to customers and all levels of corporation levels.

·       Strong written communication skills

·       Strong leadership skllls

·        Capability to work in teams

·        Ability to relocate to Peoria Illinois for this position
