'Role: Site Lead - Mechanical Integrity
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the day to day project activities
• Continuous coordination with offshore team, client site team and client central team
• Be the daily main point of contact for customer
• Manage relationships with client Site Team and central team
• Ensure deliverables align to project schedule and quality expectations
• Facilitate all deliverable reviews and approvals
• Identify, escalate, and help to resolve risks and issues impacting the project
• Regular coordination and communication with the Project Deployment Lead
• Regular weekly status reporting to the Client Project Manager and Project Deployment Lead
• Attend and actively participate weekly project status meetings
• Produce a weekly status report for deliverable progress
Qualification:
1. BS Mechanical Engineer; Required Certification:  API 510, API 580, API 570.
2. Minimum 10 years’ experience in leading Mechanical Integrity projects
3. Minimum 7-8 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Refining
4. Minimum 5 years’ experience in presenting and facilitating corrosion and inspection review meetings
5. Detailed working knowledge and training relevant to NACE/API/ASME codes and standards.
6. Demonstrated understanding of OSHA PSM compliance.
7. API 571 and/or 580 certifications preferred
Requirements and skills:
1. Proven experience as Project Lead or other managerial position
2. Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods
3. Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
4. Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting
5. Working knowledge of MS office and program management software (e.g. Basecamp, MS Project etc.)
6. An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Experience with budgeting and forecasting
