Electrical Engineer

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• 5 to 7 years’ experience in Electrical and electronics field.

•              Must have experience with manufacturing/assembly processes including end of line testing.

•              Experience with product and component level FMEAs.

•              Experience with industry standards: UL60335, NEC, IECC, Title 24, ASHRAE 90.1, AHRI 210/240, 340/360 and 1340.

•              In‐depth knowledge of communication networks and protocols including Modbus, BACnet, KNX, Wifi, Bluetooth

•              Possess strong skills related to electrical assembly, problem solving, engineering change processes, documentation control, manufacturing implementation support, and service support.

•              Able to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, engineers, business teams) and external subject matter experts.

•              Possess working knowledge of control board design and software development.

•              Ability to work with other engineering resources for rapid deployment of deviations, changes, product enhancements and improvements.

•              Must have a positive (can do) attitude, with strong follow‐through skills.

•              Ability to work and think with minimal supervision.

•              Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced ever changing environment.

•              Must be proficient in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

•              Must possess superior organizational skills.
