Qualifications:             :       Bachelor of Engineering in Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Management Information

                                           Systems or Information Technology or Information Systems and 2 years’ experience in technical writing.

Job Description           :         

                               Gather inputs in the form of text, graphics, templates, styles guides, etc; Create, modify, maintain and publish the technical documents such as user manuals, operation and maintenance manuals, assembly and disassembly procedures, robot software configuration, SECS/ASCII Code, reference guides, product release bulletins, quick installation guides; Obtain necessary understanding of products and services to write complex product information into engaging, user-friendly content for the target audience; Work with and understand complex industrial products to outline configuration steps of specific product features; Create translation content management, and automation documents; Create virtual training manuals that contain technical data, reference videos and 3D models of the product. Create illustrations for the procedures using Creo Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop and create the service/installation manuals as per the approved manuscripts.
