L&T Technology Services Ltd. is in need of Senior Business Development Director(s) in Edison, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the US to generate sales, analyze market trends, analyze client needs, and provide IT solutions. Identify business opportunities and manage client accounts and projects. Coordinate transactions, commercials, and project communications between US clients and offshore development centers. Ensure proper utilization of resources to meet client requirements and corporate standards. Develop budgets, limit costs, and negotiate sales contracts. Must have Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering (any), Business Administration, or related field, plus one year of engineering experience using Quality Center, Rally, Jira, and Amazon Web Services EC2 (AWS). In lieu of the above education and experience requirements, we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering (any), Business Administration, or related field, plus five years of progressive post-bachelor’s engineering experience. The five years of experience must include one year of experience using Quality Center, Rally, Jira, and Amazon Web Services EC2 (AWS). All experience may be acquired concurrently. Domestic travel and relocation is required. Travel will be required to various facilities of L&T Technology Services Limited and its clients across the U.S. based on project needs up to approximately 10% of the time in order to physically examine prototypes and review designs for calculation or monitoring purposes.
