Job title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job location: Edison, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the US. Travel and relocation required. International travel is not required. Travel is limited to domestic travel to various LTTS and client facilities based on project needs.

Job duration: Permanent position, Full time, Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week.

Number of positions: 5.

Salary and Benefits: $113,173.00/year + Paid Leave, Health Insurance, Group life insurance, Disability, 401(K).

Job description: Implement production plans, create Manufacturing BOM to validate process sequence, Tooling Layout, Material Flow ensuring optimum utilization of raw materials. Track inventory & schedule coordination meetings to ensure progress, analysis, corrective actions are documented. Establish maintenance protocols, reduce production time, eliminate waste, optimize processes to achieve maximum efficiency. Evaluate manufactured products according to company specifications and industry quality standards. Provide Engineering Change management support.

Education and experience required: Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical or Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or related field, plus two years of engineering experience. The 2 years of engineering experience must include one year of experience using SAP, CAESAR II, MS-Excel, AutoCAD and Navis. In lieu of Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent), we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) earned through any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience, as determined by a professional evaluation service. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Travel and relocation required. International travel is not required.
