Industrial Engineer (full-time, one opening)

L&T Technology Services Ltd. is in need of an Industrial Engineer in Edison, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the US to review components of the assembly process planning and recommend practice improvements. Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards. Analyze engineering drawings and create visual aids with detailed process instructions. Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering (any) or related field, plus two years of engineering experience. The two years of engineering experience must include one year of experience using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Navisworks Manage, and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent), we will accept a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) earned through any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience, as determined by a professional evaluation service. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Travel and relocation is required. International travel is not required. Travel will be required up to approximately 10% of the time. Travel will include trips to various L&T Technology Services Limited’s facilities as well as client facilities across the U.S. Travel based on business needs and may be required to physically examine prototypes as well to review designs for calculation or monitoring purposes.
