Job title: Industrial Designer

Job location: Edison, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the US. Travel and relocation required. International travel is not required. Travel is limited to domestic travel to various LTTS and client facilities based on project needs.

Job duration: Permanent position, Full time, Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week.

Number of positions: 5.

Salary and Benefits: $113,173.00/year + Paid Leave, Health Insurance, Group life insurance, Disability, 401(K).

Job description: Establish and evaluate design concepts for automotive products. Work with Sr. Industrial Designers to modify and refine designs using working models to conform with customer specifications, production limitations, or changes in design trends.

Education and experience required: Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical, lndustrial, Design Engineering or related field, plus two years of engineering experience. The two years of engineering experience must include one year of experience using Auto CAD, SolidWorks, Creo, MSC Nastran, Matlab. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent), we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) earned through any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience, as determined by a professional evaluation service. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Travel and relocation required. International travel is not required. Travel is limited to domestic travel to various LTTS and client facilities based on project needs.
