•  Proven experience in motor controller design, including hands-on work with design, testing and optimization
•  Proficiency in embedded systems design and programming, particularly in motor control applications
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges in motor controllers
•  Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including non-technical personnel
