Job Description

• Expertise in Project Management - Maintain project plan & project trackers , work estimation, task allocations, maintaining project timelines and quality of team deliverables.

• Understanding on Contribution Margin/Utilization/Revenue/Strategic Growth Expertise in Wiring Harness 3D routing for LV & HV, EE component packaging and IFD Drawings creation

• Good Knowledge in off highway domain working on electrical integration.

• Experience in Automotive and Aerospace industries for design & development of wiring harness.

• Expertise in managing New Product Introduction Program (NPI), including concept maturation, design management, and various other cross-functional activities to conclude projects on time and manufacturability constraints.

• Knowledge of electrical harness enclosures/harness holding brackets design and harness installations.

• Provide VAVE solutions.

• Interact with customers and provide solutions.

• Responsibilities shall include managing projects in this domain, Connect with different stakeholders.

• Should possess design and analytic skills.

• Should be able to work with Electrical engineer, manufacturing engineer and support complete vehicle development cycle related to various electrical system components and harness designs.

• Initiate and collect customer feedback periodically and acting as required to achieve the customer satisfaction feedback target.

• Prepare project proposals with budgeting, effort estimations and the timeline.

• Supports sales/pre-sales teams with presentations and technical discussions.

• Specially at the time of proposals gets involved in resolving technical queries.
