The scope of the role is centred on management of multiple projects, generating target revenue and profitability by meeting customer objectives. Scope also includes effectively reviewing and managing project progress, resource utilization, schedules, risks, people and stakeholder coordination

'• Investigate failures reported from turbines in field by collaborating with site technicians and design engineers.
• Drive root-cause analysis and identify impact on fleet
• Make alignment with all affected stakeholders like: Module owners, service, Construction, legal, finance etc.
• Dialogue with the supplier/ manufacture of the affected component
• Identify short and long-term actions to reduce effect of failure
• Drive development of improvement solution. Testing specifications for solution.
• Prepare inputs for customer and stakeholder communication
• Prepare inputs for Business Case
• Initiate creation of necessary Design Change Orders and update DFMEA
• Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of industry experience
• Field experience in Wind Industry especially with Vestas WTGs will be preferred
• Experience with DMAIC improvement cycle, 6-Sigma, SCRUM and gate models would be an advantage.
• Exposure to multi-culture and international organisation is preferred
