Field Trial Project Coordinator

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

· Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and reporting of a field trial for a cutting-edge energy management service.

· Analyse program performance data and trends, providing insights and recommendations in virtual power plant (VPP).

· Design, plan, operate (including communication and collaboration with the project team), and provide data analysis and report out on a field trial for the VPP program.

· Field trial for ‘SmartSave’ Energy management for utility Demand.

· Knowledge of virtual power plants (VPPs) or energy efficiency technologies.

· Coordinate and oversee day-to-day activities of the energy service field trial.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and field agents to ensure smooth trial execution.

· Communicate effectively with Customer, providing updates, collecting feedback.

· Prepare and deliver weekly status reports and a comprehensive final presentation summarizing trial outcomes.

· Ensure project compliance with organizational processes and governance standards.

· Manage email templates, and other communications relevant to the trial.

· Maintain and update project documentation including timelines, status trackers, and contact databases.

· Familiarity with demand response programs, smart thermostats, or distributed energy resources (DERs).
