Mechanical Designing Engineer

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

•              10 years of related Mechanical Design, Development experience, at least 3 years’ experience in Food processing or related industry

•              Support design,  development & optimization of Frame Design, External Panel Design

•              Experience in Sheetmetal part design, material selection, welding & fabrication

•              Plastic part design, development and manufacturing support

•              DFM, DFA and Tolerance stack up

•              CAD tool : SolidWorks

•              Provide engineering support during prototype build phases for testing & validation activities.

•              Minimum of 5-7 years of related professional experience with Design, Development, Onsite & Offshore coordination, Scheduling & Planning, conducting design reviews

•              Lead troubleshooting efforts on existing products as needed by identifying root causes of issues through data analysis techniques such as FMEA or fault tree analysis methods.

•              Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.

•              Track record of leading others to pursue challenging goals and to challenging the status quo to develop breakthrough solutions.

•              Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
