Job Description & Skill Requirement:

Job title: Bumper & Exterior Launch engineer (1-5 years experience)
Location: Lucid Plant ->317 S Thornton Rd, Casa Grande, AZ 85193
•   Product knowledge of automotive Bumper / exterior / Plastic component
•   Knowledge of manufacturing process in OEM plant
•   Ability to solve problems on assembly line and find a root cause of product defects
•   Provide temporary countermeasure for product defects
•   Collaborate with key Exterior and Bumper system and plastic component suppliers for change management
•   Product launch experience in Plastic parts
•   In-depth knowledge of Plastic tooling
•   Catia V5 skills to review and modify parts as and when required
•   Knowlege of GD&T and Tolerance stack up

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
