Onsite Mechanical Engineer

'- 5 years of experience working on lab prototypes and assisting with product testing, analysis, and root cause failure analysis.
- Experience building physical prototypes and comfortable working with machines to build them (e.g. drill press, mill, lathe, Dremel, etc.).
- Experience with soldering would be a plus (but not a requirement).
- Design verification & validation, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Medical Devices.
- Fixture design and fabrication.
- Test execution, data recording, data manipulation and analysis.
- Failure analysis and problem solving would be a plus.
- Proficient technical writing skills.
- Experience working with Solidworks.
