Job Purpose
The scope of the role is centred on managing multiple projects/account, generating revenue, meeting the targets by participating in new business development efforts, executing successful program management with focus on organizational goals and customer centricity. Scope also includes resource management, creating roadmap for skill enhancement, customer engagement, managing P&L from annual forecasts to expense control in alignment with business unit's objective and overall account management and governance

Job description:
1. Porting existing features to new platform
2. New feature development
3. Requirement analysis
4. Unit testing of ported/developed features.
5. Bug resolution (Protocol log analysis, Root cause analysis, fixing, unit testing)
6. Customer, Qualcomm communication.
Required Skills :
1. Knowledge in Telecom domain with 3G/LTE/IMS/ VoLTE/VoWifi on UE/5G
2. Strong hands on experience in RIL and Modem issue analysis, Bug fixing and testing- SDLC and STLC issue resolution model
3. Hands on experience on Anritsu Simulators for debugging and replicating issues
4. Working experience on Qualcomm modem chipset and architecture ( i.e. SDM 845/855)
5. QC Tools knowledge (QXDM/QCAT/QPST)
6. Good programming Knowledge in C/C++
7. Knowledge in SCM Tool chain (i.e. Git/Gerrit/Repo ) and build tools( Jenkin) & JIRA.
8. Knowledge of 3GPP standards, RFC and GSMA for NR-Sub6/LTE/VoLTE/UMTS/GSM/Wifi-Vowifi
9. Effective and efficient communication with knowledge sharing and status reporting to all stake holders
