F&DTA ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Should be graduate in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering with 4-10 years of aircraft stress analysis experience
• Good understanding of aircraft primary/secondary structures and knowledge either on metallic or composite materials.
• Should perform independently structural analysis of single parts, assemblies and components including Justification documents
• FE Modelling, boundaries conditions and load application, solving using HPC, post processing, verification and validation of the analysis results, and associated report of the analysis
• Advanced skills in ABAQUS and NASTRAN (user subroutine, co-simulation, multi-physics type analyses, sub-modelling, substructuring)
• Advanced skills in pre & post-processing tools (Hyperworks, Abaqus/CAE), including mapping of thermal fields and design of experiments (including hyperstudy) 
• Convergence issues solving of numerical analysis
• Good understanding of structures and materials failure mechanisms and how to simulate/analyse (predictive virtual testing, root cause investigations), including non linearity sources (contact and materials)
