Job Description

• Design mechanical and electro-mechanical components
• Experience in End-to-End Product Development - Concept, Detailed design, Prototyping, Testing and Manufacturing Integrate mechanical and electro-mechanical components into subsystems and assemblies.
• Perform system packaging and higher-level assembly modelling. 
• Perform interference analysis, basic DFX analyses and structural analyses of designs. 
• Design and review designs per safety codes 
• Analyse and respond to issues found at supplier or manufacturing sites during manufacturing, assembly, integration, and test Develop or modify parametric 3D models and 2D drawings of designs including any mechanical routings as required.
• Experience in working with Design validation team. 
• Thermal Engineering & Structural analysis 
• Perform geometric dimensioning and tolerancing with capabilities at a level 1 certification level. 
• Release drawings and modify drawings using CAD tools - specifically UG and Teamcenter
• Complete other engineering documentation if required concomitant with design release.
• Conduct lab testing/evaluation of components if required Good in Leading team and communication.
• Semiconductor Experience is mandatory.
