Onsite Project Engineer

​​​​​​​Job Description & Skill Requirement:

•  
• The EP-Project Engineer primary role is to manage engineering sub contrators in compliance with the project contract requirements(i.e. project schedule, cost, HSE, company standards and procedures).
• PE role also involves in some cases the need to review or study modifications to Chemicals Soilids Handling facilities for a Greenfield Project, as applicable to engineering subcontractors.                                                                   
•  • Design and/or study of Solids Handling facilities for a new Thermal Resin Greenfield Project, in Pre-FEED stage.
• • Manage & execute solids handling study/design with a specialty subcontractor in Pre-FEED stage. 
• • Review solids handling study/design and make comments. Then make recommendations to client.
• •  Encourage and implement successful workshare execution for all engineering and procurement scopes.
• • Demonstrate creativity, foresight and mature judgement in anticipating risks and mitigating those risks.
• • Manage general engineering services design contractor activities during the development of project proposal, include definition of project work scope and schedule requirements.
• Development of detailed estimate MTO's, leading to funding for project Gate review process.
• • Manage preparation of Pre-FEED, FEED deliverables & detailed design drawings, material specs and procurement,  for engineering subcontractors.
• • Participate in organizational improvement initiatives as needed.
•  • Ensure the project review process and other quality control guidelines are followed for all engineering subcontractors.                                                                   
• • Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing client personnel, with appropriate client levels of management and engineering subcontractors.                                                   • Support continuous improvement of project management execution systems, work processes and procedures, tailored to engineering subcontractors.

Qualification:

•     Bachelor or Masters Engineering Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Minimum of 7 - 10 yrs of exp
