Physical Verification & Data Standardization

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Physical walkthrough and verification of stocked materials

• Validation of manufacturer, part number, and identifying attributes

• Review and application of Nestlé Material Master Data Standards (DS 891)

• Cleansing of incorrect, duplicate, or incomplete material records

• Standardization of:

o Noun–Modifier structure

o Manufacturer and manufacturer part code

o 40-character short text descriptions

• Maintenance of abbreviation master (manufacturer-focused)
