Responsibilities includes · Develop test cases in C, C++, Python scripting language using IDE i.e. Cantata tool or similar · Perform MCDC (Modified conditions decision coverage), Boundary value analysis and Equivalent partition testing. · Use Cantata tool (or similar) to generate test scripts and design the test cases for ISO functional safety standards ISO-25119, ISO13849. · Execution of the unit test, static analysis, modules integration test, integration test for core software. · Independently able to perform black box and white box testing on the test bench or on similar set up · Software debugging, test specification and report generation for development team. · Provide estimates for the testing activities · Participate in project reviews progress and status updates to direct manager and other stakeholders · Organize work with Requirements and configuration management tool like SVN. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communication Engineering, or similar engineering discipline. · 3-5 years of experience in embedded verification & validation activities. · Strong knowledge of Embedded systems and C, python and assembly language · Strong experience in SDLC using V model or Agile methodology. · Strong Experience with unit testing tools like Cantata ++ minimum 2 years is required. · Strong experience of Scripting and automation languages Python or similar. · Experience on communication protocols e.g. CAN, LIN, Ethernet, XCP, UDS, KWP2000. · Experience with communication tools such as CANalyzer/CANoe (or similar), measurement Calibration tools · Strong knowledge of configuration management tools such as SVN or equivalent. · Familiarity with embedded code developed preferably for ECU (Electronic Control Unit) · Demonstrate ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment · Demonstrate significant problem-solving capabilities and experience · Good written and verbal communication skills · Easily switch between the projects and as needed work on multiple projects simultaneously · As required, travel up to 10% to other development sites.
