NPC engineer

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

·       Advanced knowledge and experience in Computer Science or Information Technology field
·       Working knowledge of Payment, Policy and Charging – PCRF products / platform
·       Working Experience as Payment Solution Architect, Policy Expert, Integration and Testing
·       Experience with reviewing business use cases / requirements with Customer for PCRF application
·       Experience conducting / executing Design Workshop with Customer
·       Experience designing the policies / rules sets for PCRF
·       Validating Rulesets / policies in a lab environment
·       PCRF Software deployment in Virtualized or OpenStack / Cloud environment
·       System integration for Diameter, Radius, SNMP, LDAP, etc. interfaces
·       Ability to independently author, test and deliver high quality complex MOPs
·       Working independently across cross functional teams including System Engineers, R&D, Program Management to provide solutions to complex customer requirements.
·       Experience with RHEL, System testing and debugging, and gathering traces/logs
·       Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues/problems on large complex deployments
·       Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into solution designs
·       Excellent written and verbal English communications skills, with experience reporting project status to an internal and customer audience
