- Should be ME/M.Tech/Ph.D in Aerospace/ Mechanical/ engineering with extensive aircraft Load/aeroelastic analysis experience.
- Should be expert in both Static and Dynamic Aero elastic Analysis (Flutter).
- Should be able to guide team to model and analysis for aeroelasticity and make a sustainable competency on aeroelasticity in the team Static Aero elastic analysis for Static aero elastic complete air vehicle for flexible analysis technical load estimations, stability & report control derivatives, control effectiveness using MSC Flight Loads Dynamic Aero elastic analysis for Flutter and flutter and divergence using MSC divergence speed Flight Loads
- Working knowledge of Aeroelastic analysis with Camber effect, CFD pressure mapping, capturing divergence speed for all the vertical and horizontal surfaces of the aircraft including Fuselage contribution
- Knowledge on Flutter speed analysis for the complete aircraft. Knowhow on V-G and V-f plot for various altitudes and speeds of the aircraft and obtaining Complete flutter envelope of the aircraft Know how on Control reversal speed and the aileron efficiency to be plotted with respect to the speed of the aircraft.
- Experience on MSC-Nastran - Solution 144 (Static Aeroelasticity), Solution 145 (Initial Flutter Solution - SEFLUTTER) and Solution 146 (dynamic aeroelasticity solution sequence - SEAERO)
- Good Communication and mentoring
- Guiding team to develop Static and Dynamic Aeroelastic analysis Competencies within the team. Review the Static and Dynamic Aeroelastic analysis results. Help team to do the requirement analysis for the Aeroelastic analysi
